Navy Heritage Project at NAS Fort Lauderdale Museum
VTU-0808G, NOSC Miami

For the past 15 years we have been fortunate to have the tremendous support from NOSC Miami and VTU0808G. The members of this Navy Reservist Unit have been all constant and capable volunteers throughout this period. Without their help this Museum truly may not exist. We plan projects in anticipation of their presence, each 1st Sunday of the month. The amount of work accomplished on their visits has been significant. Their help and partnership with this Navy Heritage Project is vital for our Museum's future.  Also in past years we had help from active duty personnel from California; and during Fleet Week in Fort Lauderdale we are fortunate to get crew-members from several ships.
